1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Holiday Home Times platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and RLD Holdings, the owner and operator of the Platform.
2. Ownership of data and content
All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to research reports, country guides, programme analyses, rankings, editorial commentary, databases, and any derived data — is proprietary and belongs exclusively to RLD Holdings. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, stored in a retrieval system, or used in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise) without the prior written permission of RLD Holdings. All member-submitted profile data is collected on behalf of RLD Holdings and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. RLD Holdings retains the right to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from member profiles for the purposes of research, product improvement, and editorial insight.
3. Membership and access
Access to the Platform is by invitation and subject to application review. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party. RLD Holdings reserves the right to revoke or suspend access at any time, without notice, if these Terms are breached.
4. No financial or legal advice
The content published on the Platform is for informational and editorial purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before making any decisions relating to citizenship-by-investment programmes, tax residency, property acquisition, or any other matter covered in our content. RLD Holdings accepts no liability for actions taken in reliance on Platform content.
5. Accuracy and programme information
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of information relating to residency, citizenship, and investment programmes, programme rules, fees, processing times, and qualifying thresholds change frequently. RLD Holdings makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information on the Platform. We recommend verifying all programme details directly with the relevant government authority or licensed service provider before taking action.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and domain names displayed on the Platform are the property of RLD Holdings or their respective owners. You are granted no licence or right to use any mark without the prior written consent of RLD Holdings.
7. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; (b) reproduce or republish Platform content without written permission; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or (f) circumvent any access controls or security measures.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RLD Holdings, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marin County, California.
10. Changes to these terms
RLD Holdings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
