A 2 to 3 bedroom apartment in a complex with sea views can be purchased for just under $500,000 and rented to holiday makers for between $260 to $350 per night.
South Australia and the Northern Territory have growing economies and also some beautiful holiday destinations, from the sea to the dusty outback. Whilst many overlook this region for a holiday home, there is certainly potential to make lucrative investments that you can also enjoy for your years to come.
